Author: Herian of Atema Era Written: Conception Era (263 c.e.) Subject Matter: Comprehensive history of the Angelic people from the founding of Tabatenn to the author's present day

Summary / Known Contents

The second book in the Book of Nasariane. Written by Herian of Atema and completed in 263 c.e., it is the first comprehensive written history of the Angelic people, covering the founding of their earliest settlements through to the Conception Era. It was publicly read aloud in Atema Central Hall and distributed across Herat and neighboring regions, and is widely considered the earliest major history book produced on Alatrya.

Significance

A landmark text of Alatryan historiography. Its completion and public reading in Atema established a model that several other historians followed in the same decade. Archives of Herian's work and even his original ink brushes are kept by the Cavant A-Meftua in Atema, and at least one descendant of Herian's line — a scholar named Sioren — maintains a Cavant archive of his work in Book II.
