A fairly large city in Lomensk Oblast, formerly the capital of the Kingdom of Navakeveia. Home to the majority of the Navaki ethnicity. By the time of Book II, Navakeve is reported as nearly destroyed in the Huozhese advance — the Gemwielders pass through Lovyov Forest nearby and are told most of the Navaki have perished.
