Nation: Othaala Region: Yavathre Sector Type: Capital City

Overview

The capital of Othaala, situated atop the Yavathre Plateau in the Yavathre Sector. An enormous city, unfathomably so to those unfamiliar with its scale, whose eight districts neatly split the city along its major highways. The innermost ring contains the Azauri Building, a great civic structure with a bronze roof that gleams in the sun. There is also the Basehharra Palace, visible even from several hours' ride out just outside the city's outer walls. Districts and subdistricts include the Tvaiale in the west, the Aerestria District with its tall towers, the Altharie Gardens with blue-tiled libraries, Vaelshane Square with its grain bazaars and tanneries, and Warrabran with its curved roads and glass lanterns. Much of the outer districts give way to sprawling artisan complexes before the great Outer Wall, beyond which lie the plateau farmlands.
