Overview

A town in the Yavathre Sector at the western edge of the Traoniel Cliffs and eastern edge of the Klovalmi Hills. Built across a valley between four large hills, with nicer houses on the hillsides and the main settlement below. At its center stands the largest Arveshian Shrine on the continent, a towering structure easily four times taller than the largest surrounding building, open-air and grand in construction. The town is generally bustling and has a market, public well near the shrine square, bakeries, and inns. Visited and used as a resupply point by Raomi's convoy in Book I.

• Sa Paelnathe — caretaker of the Grand Shrine; sole regular attendant; lives in a log cabin on the first hill into town
