Five Wyverns

Also Known As: Five Great Dragons of the Wyvernal Era

Overview

The five primordial dragons of the Wyvernal Era, two eras before the Bygone Era. The first element-controlling entities in Alatrya, they resided in what is now the southern continent of Almania. Each controlled one of the five Old Elements. Their deaths gave rise to the five Dragonkinnian ethnicities, each descended from a different dragon's bloodline.

• Valevyr — Old Dragon of Flame; bloodline originator of the Valevyrians
• Kalvev — Old Dragon of Wind; bloodline originator of the Kalvevnians
• Thurva — Old Dragon of Water; bloodline originator of the Thurvanians
• Shvafni — Old Dragon of Electricity; bloodline originator of the Shvafnians

• The wings of Tyv and Valevyr are used as architectural motifs in the design of Othaala's palace
