Overview

A series of battles led by the combined armies of Othaala and Frithre to defeat the Five Wyverns, who had been attacking and destroying Ghoulish, Human, and Elven cities across Alatrya.

Causes

The Five Wyverns, the primordial dragons of the Wyvernal Era, were wreaking havoc on the continent's settlements.

Outcome

The Wyverns were defeated. Their deaths gave rise to the five Dragonkinnian ethnicities, each descended from one of the fallen dragons' bloodlines.

Aftermath

The Dragonkin came into existence as a people, the five ethnic groups (Tyvnians, Valevyrians, Kalvevnians, Thurvanians, Shvafnians) being the legacy of each defeated Wyvern. The Wyvernal Era drew to a close, leading into the Bygone Era.
