Overview

Otanlla was the first nation of the Elves, established after the early Elven settlements in the Bhahare Mountains grew into unified governance during the Conception Era. It eventually expanded into what is now Othaala, and its political framework, including the earliest form of the constitutional monarchy and the National Senate, laid the foundation for the modern Elven state.

History

The Elven people built their first mountain dwellings along the Bhahare Mountains in the early Conception Era. As settlements grew and governance took shape, Otanlla emerged as a unified nation before eventually evolving into Othaala.
