Overview

The central sector of Othaala and home to the national capital, Lumen, situated atop the Yavathre Plateau. Also contains Kaedoa, known as the City of Light and situated under the Grand Olbaerd Tree, and Vahhlve, home of the continent's largest Arveshian Shrine.
